• Each counselling session runs for 50 mins, plus 10 mins for summary including evaluation of the session, discussion of homework/exercise, and scheduling the next appointment. The fee for individual sessions, whether conducted face-to-face or online, is $100. For couples/family counselling, it is $125. (online and in person)

    Payment can be made through direct transfer or cash on the day of the session. For online sessions, payment is required at the time of booking.

  • As part of the booking process, clients are required to complete an intake form, which must be completed and submitted before your first session.

    Additionally, clients are required to complete and return consent forms prior to their first session. These forms are essential to ensure that both parties understand and agree to the terms of our counselling relationship.

  • It is important that you have carefully read and fully understood the terms of practice, including confidentiality and consent. If you have any questions or require further clarification, I am more than happy to discuss them with you. Your understanding and comfort with the terms of our practice are of utmost importance to me.

    All sessions are conducted with the strictest confidentiality, except in cases of self-harm, harm to others, or suspicion of abuse for clients under 18. These exceptions are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved.

  • 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so or not showing up for the appointment without giving the required notice will result in being charged the full fee for the appointment.
