About me
I am a registered counsellor based in Melbourne, Australia. I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey of personal growth. Having lived in more than three countries, I am continuously inspired by the diversity of cultural backgrounds and the resilience of individuals facing life’s challenges.
My experience with counselling began at the age of 15, as I grappled with the complexities of adapting to a new country and dealing with the loss of a loved one. Through regular counselling sessions, I experienced the profound impact of being listened to, understood, and affirmed. This transformative experience instilled in me a strong belief in the importance of providing clients with a safe and supportive space to explore their emotions and learn invaluable coping skills.
In addition to my counselling background, I bring over 10 years of work experience in the creative field. This diverse background enriches my counselling practice, allowing me to approach client issues with creativity and flexibility.
My counselling approach is integrative, characterised by warmth, empathy, and cultural sensitivity. I invite my clients to share their stories and articulate the aspects of their lives that hold the utmost significance to them. Together, we embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
